Suislaw River

The Siuslaw River originates in the coniferous forests of the southwestern Lane County, about 10 miles west of Cottage Grove. It flows approximately 110 miles west through coastal Oregon before emptying into the Pacific Ocean near the town of Florence. This is an amazing fall fishery where we target chinook salmon and coho salmon. Please contact Riley if you are looking to book with a professional Siuslaw River fishing guide.

Siletz River

The Siletz River starts near the ghost town of Valsetz, an unincorporated community and timber company town in Polk County, Oregon. It flows roughly 67 miles west through coastal Oregon, through the town of Siletz, and emptying into the Pacific Ocean near Lincoln City. This river offers fall fishing that targets chinook & coho salmon and highly active Oregon steelhead fishing in the winter months.

Umpqua River

The Umpqua River has two primary tributaries, the North Fork, and the South Fork, merging near the town of Roseburg, Oregon in Douglas County. The Umpqua forks start high in the Cascade Mountain range, flowing down 111 miles through western central Oregon. Fishing the Umpqua River is top of the list for diversity of opportunities; winter steelhead fishing trips, summer steelhead/summer chinook salmon, and fall coho salmon.

Alsea River

The Alsea River begins at the confluence at the North Fork Alsea River and the South Fork Alsea River in the small unincorporated community of Alsea. It winds 48 miles west through the coastal mountains of Oregon, and emptying into the Pacific Ocean. RO Guide service fishes this river for winter steelhead and offers fall guide fishing trips that target fall chinook salmon and coho salmon.

Riley is an informative and professional guide who is a great teacher. He was very patient as my partner and I were learning a new style of fishing and taught us both a lot about the river system we were on and how to effectively fish it. Taking what I learned from him I went on to fill multiple hatchery cards in a fishery I had previously struggled in. I’d highly recommend him and look forward to fishing with him again soon.
